That number is even higher in our area. This means the pictures are a very important aspect to your listing and second only to the price.
Step #3 – Marketing…. I think outside the box when it comes to marketing. Some of the “old school” technics are dead. I have the experience and ability to reach buyers of any range.
Step #4 – Under Contract/Closing….. Once we receive an offer I will work closely with you to make sure we negotiate the highest amount possible. We will push our way to quick closing continuing to work with the buyer’s agent and title company to make sure everything goes smoothly.
