Residential lot sales rebounding

The sale or resale of lots on the Nature Coast should start coming back in value as the backlog of homes begins to level out. There are other areas of the state where they have already rebounded. The sale of new homes is also going to be picking up a bit as Baby Boomers get ready to retire to Florida. Parts of Florida have incresed in sales much better than others and here are a few examples of those increases.
Bradenton-Sarasota-Venice, 22%
Palm Coast, 45%
Tallahassee, 20%
