The real estate market in Sarasota, Sarasota County, Florida jumped nearly 30% during the month of July, according to the Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), adding to all other positive signs of recovery in the State of Florida.

According to the Sarasota MLS statistics, inventory is the lowest that it has been in 3 years, with condominiums also experiencing a huge decline.

Is it any wonder?  Sarasota Florida provides beautiful white sandy beaches, endless amounts of recreational activity and homes priced at a reasonable amount for the first time in years!
