People Leaving the Sunshine State

There was data from moving companies and the Dept. of Motor Vehicles suggesting that fewer people are moving to the state and an equal number of residents are moving out.
I have noticed that several of my customers, due to the economy, have to move back north for financial reasons and need to live with families. We see also the elderly that need to go back for different reasons.
On the other hand, many of our recent buyers are young couples which is enlightening that they are now able to afford a home. They have the advantage of the $8,000 tax credit, the low interest rates, and of course, the lower prices.
I moved to Florida five years ago and I love it and don't ever want to think about moving back north.
Have a great day and enjoy!
