The golf community Meadow Oaks (off Route 52) in Pasco County has 7 spec homes newly under construction. They are all in the gated section that was started when the housing boom fizzled.   At least three different builders are involved in the area with many golf course lots still available. 

If you are a golfer and not familiar with the Meadow Oaks course, it is well maintained and run by a professional and friendly staff.  In addition to the course, there is a driving range, putting green and chipping area.  Meadow Oaks is an active community with many planned activities and golf leagues. 

The clubhouse features a full liquor bar and restaurant/snack bar that is open for breakfast and lunch.  Golf Lessons are available from the Club Pro.
