Hernando County is moving again - up 28% from last year. Fifty percent of those sales were foreclosures which is a bit sad. The bright side of that is we are selling homes to young couples that couldn't afford a home a year ago! Our youth is getting the wonder chance of home ownership.

I closed on a house last week and I still get the chills - when the young man walked in he said "Elsie, is this really my home" and I said "yes" and he hugged me. That's what makes my job so special.
