The stimulis funds that Hernando county have been granted by the federal government seem to be having a hard time reaching the public at large. What is the hold up? Counties in other parts of Florida seem to have been giving assistance to these home buyers. What is happening to these funds? Do we have any answers as to if these funds will ever be available?
