I remember very clearly my first days selling real estate just four short years ago in Hernando County Florida. In my first month not knowing the areas of Spring Hill, Brooksville and Weeki Wachee, somehow I was fortunate enough to sell four homes. And since that time and only until this month was I able to match that personal record.

In fact, I am busier than ever and so are my fellow agents who have paid attention to our burgeoning market. There is a lot of interest in the "old Florida" parts of our county including Nobleton, Istachatta, and Masaryktown. And Hernando Beach properties are being snapped up too.
