Citizens Property Insurance Corp., a Florida State backed insurer, has started issuing notices to policy holders that their coverage will be dropped due to tainted Chinese Drywall, according to David Durkee, Attorney.

Across the nation homeowners that bought homes that are built with the defective drywall are finding their lives turned upside down as they wait for hundreds of lawsuits to work thier way through the courts.


When clients who are already victims are getting letters that are threatening to take away their homeowners insurance, its like pouring gasoline on the fire, Durkee said.
