Since taking Easter weekend off my life as a Realtor has been a blur of real estate buyers, offers, contracts and closings...Brooksville and Floral City Florida are areas of my specialty and even some high end homes have had multiple offers with successful sales results these past few weeks. If you are still on the fence about buying...maybe it is time to leap!!
