Another good indication that home buys are terrific in Hernando County Florida and the Spring Hill area is that Internet shoppers are buying houses sight unseen.

That's right. This past week two buyers contacted me initially via my website, made two offers and executed two contracts. Quite frankly, I was prepared for this type of activity, but it feels somewhat surreal after such a long home buyer drought in Brooksville, Ridge Manor, Istachatta, Nobelton, Masaryktown and Hernando Beach.

Let's see how this is really the stimulus package our county needs to bring us out of the economic funk we have found ourselves in over the past few years.
