With the fast approaching deadline for the $8,000 tax credit and the new Neighborhood Assistance Program coming out for the Spring Hill, Brooksville, and Weeki Wachee, Florida areas, realtors cannot find buyers homes quick enough in that price range.

We have buyers going to homes and by the time they get home that evening and decide to put an offer in, the homes are gone. We have many discouraged buyers but we are telling them to "hang in there, more homes are coming on", but you can't sit on it - not in the $50-100,000 range.

If you are a buyer in that range, don't wait, get out there now because the inventory is depleting every day.
