Not all good things come to an end. Customers should know there is still 100% financing available to those who qualify. USDA is a great program and has just raised their income limits.

Educating your buyer is the key to success. I have found that the more knowledgable I become, the better I am able to assist my customer's. I know we do not have all of the answers, but customers want a Realtor that they can trust and feel that their Realtor is looking out for their best interest.
